Coffee Pods 2U Shipping & Returns Policy

The default shipping method for coffee pod and tea pod orders is UPS Ground. Once your order reaches $55, UPS Ground shipping is free.

You may upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail for $7.50 (regardless of size or destination). However, Priority Mail is NOT a guaranteed service. US Postal Service states an AVERAGE of 2 - 3 days. If you would like to upgrade to UPS 3-Day guaranteed delivery, that option appears on the checkout page.

It is our goal to ship same day or next day. However, orders received after 8 am PST on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Note that 3-day shipping is 3 business days after our shipping date. (We do not pack or ship on weekends.)

We are currently unable to ship outside the United States.

You can always see your shipping rates before you place your order. We use the UPS rate calculator. Contrary to the default UPS message on the checkout page, we do NOT mark up UPS shipping charges.

Tax
There is no tax charged on coffee or tea.

Returns
