Your Customer Service is Great

We've been drinking your coffee pods for three years and have loved every cup. GREAT!!

The order we placed right before Christmas was late and when I called you about it being late, you told us that you'd reship the order again at no charge.

Since the holidays we did receive coffee pods, a lot of coffee pods. We not only received the original order we also received the extra order that you sent. You were correct about UPS just being backed up during the holidays.
